Once you have received your codes, follow these steps:

1. Use the Redeem Ticket Codes link HERE.
2. Select “complimentary” tickets and choose your quantity of tickets.
- You will also have the option to purchase additional tickets together here.
3. Please use the same email address that is associated with your Ticketmaster account if applicable.
4. Log into the Charlotte FC app with the same email address and see your tickets!
