Program Rules
- Charlotte FC Rewards is available to all current Charlotte FC Season Ticket Members.
- Charlotte FC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Charlotte FC Rewards account in their sole discretion.
- Charlotte FC reserves the right to terminate the Charlotte FC Rewards program in their sole discretion, with at least 30 days’ prior written notice to Charlotte FC Rewards participants.
- If a participant does not log in to their Charlotte FC Rewards account for 6 months, the account will be closed, and any points accumulated toward rewards will be considered abandoned.
- Charlotte FC retains the right to suspend or terminate a participant’s account if the participant is no longer a Season Ticket Member (“STM”) in good standing. In such instances, the participant’s rewards points will not be accessible upon the suspension or termination of the participant’s account.
- If an STM does not renew their Charlotte FC Season Ticket Membership for the following MLS season, their Charlotte FC Rewards account will be closed 30 days after the date of the final Charlotte FC match of the then-current MLS regular season. Once the account is closed, rewards points will no longer be accessible.

What is Charlotte FC Rewards?
Charlotte FC Rewards is the official engagement and loyalty platform of Charlotte FC, designed to reward members for their participation and activity throughout the year. Earn points for everything you do as a fan, and redeem them for exclusive rewards like tickets, exclusive experiences, autographed memorabilia, and items from the CLTFC team store. The program also includes gamified experiences like sweepstakes and auctions, creating an interactive community that enhances and celebrates Charlotte FC fandom.
Who is eligible?
All Season Ticket Members are eligible to join Charlotte FC Rewards.
How do I access Charlotte FC Rewards?
Charlotte FC Rewards is available for free in the Charlotte FC app. Download the app today: App Store and Google Play.
Open the Charlotte FC App and click “Charlotte FC Rewards” on the menu bar. From there, tap “Register” and enter the email address associated with your season ticket member account.
When does the program run?
Charlotte FC Rewards is a year-round program, so you can earn and redeem 365 days/year!
Is there a way to view a tutorial on Charlotte FC Rewards?
Yes, when you first sign up for Charlotte FC Rewards, a tutorial will guide you through the program. You can revisit the tutorial anytime by tapping 'More' in the main navigation bar and selecting 'Tutorial' for a full walkthrough.
Earning and Redeeming Points
How do I earn points?
Earning points is easy! Keep doing what you do as a fan:
- Attending home matches and earning points for each ticket scanned
- Watching away matches on Apple TV through check-in-based rewards
- In stadium purchases, including F&B and Retail
- Reading articles, watching videos, and listening to podcasts
- Daily Charlotte FC Rewards check-ins
- Participating in gamified experiences during away matches by answering live Charlotte FC-related questions
- Attending STM events
It can take up to 48 hours (during business days) for points to show up in your account.
How do I redeem points?
Once you’re inside the program and registered, tap the Marketplace icon in the main navigation bar (bottom of your screen on mobile, left on desktop) to explore a wide array of products, tickets, and experiences. After selecting your desired items, you can choose “Redeem Now” to use your points immediately or “Add to Cart” to continue shopping in the Marketplace.
What rewards are available?
- Official Fanatics gear ranging from jerseys, hats, shorts, t-shirts, jackets, and so much more
- Signed memorabilia
- Concerts and events at Bank of America Stadium
- Exclusive experiences include opportunities such as pregame field passes and away trips
- Tickets and premium upgrades for Charlotte FC matches
How will I receive my redemption?
Fanatics-related items are shipped directly to your doorstep. Simply enter your shipping address upon checkout. Experience-based and in-venue rewards may require scheduling a pickup location and time, or a shipment, with your service representative. Fulfillment details are provided during checkout.
How can I check the status of my order?
Order status can be viewed at any time within the Your Orders section of the Marketplace. For shipped items, tracking information is provided when available.
Can I return a redeemed item?
All redemptions are final. Items cannot be refunded or exchanged once redeemed.
If I redeem tickets, how will I receive them?
Redeemed tickets are delivered directly to the ticketing account associated with the member’s profile. Please allow up to 48 hours for delivery (during business days).
Account & Technology
Does my service rep have access to view my points or activities?
Yes, your service representative will have access to view your points and activities.
Can I make any changes to my profile? Who can I contact to make those adjustments?
You can update your password in two easy ways:
- Select “Forgot Password” on the sign-in screen to reset your password or
- Go to the Account Options page and click “Change Password” to update your existing password.
To update your profile information, please fill out the Support Fields under the Profile page with your requested changes.
- Usernames are final and cannot be changed.
I am experiencing a technical issue or an issue with my order. Who should I contact?
- Simply follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Profile page.
- Click on the “Help” button.
- Fill out the Support Fields with your requested needs.
- A representative will review and contact you directly via email
