In Charlotte and want to pick it up? There are two options for you:
Purchase your kit at Camp North End:
- Shop at the Charlotte FC fan experience next to the Ally Vault experience.
- Friday, December 10, 5:00PM – 10:00PM
- Saturday, December 11, 12:00PM – 3:00PM
- For Season Ticket Members that participated in the preorder and designated pickup at Camp North End, you are able to pick up your kit at this location both Friday and Saturday. Please bring your confirmation email and identification with you. The name on the order and your ID will need to match in order to pick up. Note: If your plans change and you can no longer pick up your preordered kit at Camp North End, you can pick up your kit at the Bank of America Team Store beginning Monday, December 13. See option 2 below for more details.
- Please note that there will not be an opportunity to customize your kit at this time. Starting in 2022, you can bring any pre-purchased blank kit to the Bank of America Team Store to add customization. Additional fees will apply.
Charlotte FC Team Store at Bank of America Stadium
- Starting on Monday, December 13, buy your kit at the Charlotte FC Team Store located at the NE corner of Bank of America Stadium, 800 S. Mint Street, Charlotte, NC 28202.

- For Season Ticket Members that participated in the preorder and designated pick up at the stadium store, you can pick up your kit at the Team Store beginning on Monday, December 13 during store hours. Please bring your confirmation email and identification with you. The name on the order and your ID will need to match to qualify for pick up.

Not in Charlotte or prefer the ease of having your kit shipped to your door?
