All entry to Bank of America events require mobile tickets (PDF tickets will no longer be valid for entry). All users, both Season Ticket Members and single-game ticket buyers, can access and manage their tickets through the official Charlotte FC app.
Mobile ticketing will allow ticket holders to conveniently manage, transfer (forward), or sell tickets.
Download the app on your phone/tablet, make sure it's updated to the current version, and see instructions below for mobile ticketing.
Open the Charlotte FC app and go to the "Menu" tab in the bottom right corner. Click "Order Food & Beverages" and then "Digital Wallet".
Click on “Scan & Pay”
Scan the QR code on the register
Add the desired tip, have “Concessions Credit” toggled on and press “Pay Now”
Open the Charlotte FC app and go to the "Menu" tab in the bottom right corner. Click "Order Food & Beverages" and then "Digital Wallet".
Click "QR Code Pay"
Scan QR Code at the unit and complete the transaction! Add credit card information for the remaining balance if needed.
SELF CHECKOUT CONCESSIONS
Get ready to check out even quicker on matchday with new Artificial Intelligence-enabled self-checkout at select concessions locations. Guests can find this experience at five locations in the stadium:

I don’t see all my credits, am I missing some?
Your Club Credits for 2024 will be loaded in segments throughout the season. See the below for details outlining which game credits you should be able to see.

Will my credits roll over if I don’t use them during the games listed?
New credits will be loaded for use for the appropriate month’s matches and previous credits will expire.

What if my concessions credit doesn’t cover my total cost?
You will be prompted to enter a credit card on your phone, or the card saved on your account will be charged.
Who do I talk to if I need a refund at one of these locations?
Please let one of our associates at the location know you need a refund, and the team will complete the process.
What items can I buy using these self-checkout units?
All items offered at the locations where this new self-checkout technology is available can be read through the A.I. image recognition technology that powers the units.
How do I get a receipt?
