Season Ticket Members can now view their 2026 Season Ticket Invoice by logging into their Charlotte FC Account Manager. Initial payments will be due on September 14, 2026.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

  • Pay in Full - due by October 9, 2026
    • Season Ticket Members who pay in full will receive 3x the number of Sweepstakes Entries. See details below.
  • 10-month Payment Plan - Interest-Free! Due by September 14, 2026

10-MONTH PLAN DETAILS:

  • Initial payments due by September 14, 2026
  • Remaining installments charged automatically via credit/debit card provided on the 14th of the remaining months until paid in full
  • Renewals who purchase after September 14 (between Sept. 15 and Oct. 9) will be on a 9-month interest-free payment plan (20% for first payment)

2027-2028 SEASON CALENDAR EXPLAINED

MLS is transitioning to a new competition calendar beginning in 2027, aligning with global leagues.

As part of this transition, the 2027-28 Season Ticket Membership will include 25 matches in total: 7 home matches from the 2027 MLS Sprint Season and 18 home matches from the 2027-28 regular season.

Following the transition year, MLS is expected to return to a more traditional 18-match Season Ticket package beginning with the 2028-29 season.

This gives members access to both competitions during the transition while maintaining uninterrupted membership benefits and match access throughout the calendar change.

What is included in my 2027-28 Season Ticket Membership? 

  • Your membership includes access to the 2027 Sprint Season (7 home matches) and the 2027-28 regular season (17 home CLTFC regular season matches + 1 additional Charlotte FC match held at Bank of America Stadium), along with Season Ticket Member benefits and priority access opportunities. Additional details will be shared during the renewal process.

When will I receive my renewal information?

  • Renewal information, including pricing, seating details, payment options, and any applicable account credits, should be in your inbox as of August 14. Additional details and payment options are available in Account Manager. Please reach out to your Service Representative with questions.

Do I need to do anything to renew my membership?

  • This year is the first year we will no longer have auto-renewal, which requires individuals to choose from a list of renewal options. Members should review their renewal details and complete required renewal steps by October 9 to maintain their membership benefits and seating location.

Why is Charlotte FC moving to a 2027 Sprint Season and 2027-28 Membership model?

  • The MLS is adopting a summer-to-spring season format, aligning with other global leagues.  The 2027 MLS Sprint Season consists of a 14-game regular season (with 7 home matches and 7 away matches) running February - May 2027.  The Audi 2027 MLS playoffs and Cup will take place in May 2027.  The 2027-2028 season kicks off in July 2027 with a 35-game schedule (17-18 matches at home), pauses mid-December through mid-February for winter break, and resumes from mid-February through May 2028.  The 2028 MLS Playoffs and Cup will take place in May 2028.

Will I be able to keep my current seats or upgrade before the renewal deadline?

  • Members who renew by the deadline will have the opportunity to retain their current seating location. Members are able to relocate to a new area during the renewal period as well, based on inventory.

What payment options will be available?

  • Season Ticket Members can choose to pay in full (and receive additional benefits) or opt in to an interest-free payment plan. The 10-month payment plan begins with a 10% deposit charged on September 14, followed by nine equal monthly installments automatically charged on the 14th of each month using the payment method on file. Renewals completed between September 15 and October 9 will require a 20% deposit, with the remaining balance distributed across eight monthly installments of 10% each.  Sign up for your payment plan by signing into your Official Charlotte FC Account Manager.

Will my Season Ticket Member benefits continue?

  • Yes. Season Ticket Members will continue to receive benefits as part of their membership. Specific benefit details and any updates related to the new calendar format will be communicated during the renewal process and as we get closer to the 2027 Sprint Season.

How will I access and manage my tickets?

  • Tickets will continue to be managed digitally through your Charlotte FC Account Manager, including the ability to transfer tickets to guests and access tickets on matchday.

Who should I contact if I have questions about my account or renewal?

  • Your Membership Services Representative is your primary resource for questions regarding your account, seating, benefits, payment plans, or renewal options.

What happens to my PSL?

  • Charlotte FC is no longer selling Personal Seat Licenses (PSLs).  You have the option to apply the dollar value you paid for your PSL(s) as a credit toward your 2027-2028 and 2028-2029 season invoices.  75% of what you paid for your PSL(s) will be applied to the 2027-2028 season invoice, and 25% of what you paid for your PSL(s) will be applied to the 2028-2029 season invoice.

How will Charlotte FC keep members informed?

  • Your Service Representative is always available to answer questions and tailor your year-round Season Ticket Member experience on and off the pitch. Charlotte FC will also provide updates through email, Account Manager notifications, the monthly STM newsletter, and other channels.
