Charlotte FC is committed to making a meaningful impact across our community, both on and off the pitch. We are proud to support fundraising efforts that strengthen and uplift organizations across the Carolinas.

Charlotte FC welcomes in‑kind donation requests from nonprofit organizations, Title I schools, and qualifying community groups located in North or South Carolina. In-kind contributions may include autographed memorabilia, match tickets, and suite experiences, subject to availability. Requests must be submitted at least 60 days prior to the fundraising event and align with one of our four community pillars. Learn more about our community pillars and impact.

While we make every effort to support as many organizations as possible, we receive a high volume of requests and are unable to fulfill every submission. All requests are reviewed carefully and prioritized using the guidelines below.

  • Requests must be submitted on behalf of a nonprofit organization, Title I school, or qualifying community group located in North or South Carolina.
  • Requests must be submitted by an employee or official representative of the organization.
  • All donation requests must be submitted online at least 60 days prior to the fundraising event. To ensure proper tracking and efficiency, requests submitted via phone, mail, or email will not be accepted.
  • Charlotte FC is limited to one in‑kind donation per organization per calendar year.
  • If selected, donated items must be used for fundraising purposes only. Items may not be used as door prizes, employee incentives, volunteer recognition, giveaways, or for any purpose that does not directly generate funds for the organization.
  • Charlotte FC does not provide monetary donations.
  • Donations are non‑transferable and may not be resold.
  • Approved donation items must be picked up in person at our office located at 8600 McAlpine Park Drive, Charlotte, NC 28211.

Review & Notification Process
Due to the high volume of submissions, Charlotte FC is unable to provide individual status updates. All donation requests are reviewed within our standard timeline, and every organization will be notified of the final decision by email, regardless of the outcome. To ensure a fair and efficient process, all requests and inquiries must be submitted through this system.
