Captains Academy is CLTFC's leadership program for ALL High School and College student-athletes. It's led by internationally recognized leadership and sports performance coach Jeremy Boone, founder of Winning Leader, LLC. and Desire To Lead™. More than just a 'character building' and 'do the right thing' approach, here are some examples of what we will cover over the course of our live events this school year:

In addition, athletes will get to hear from community leaders, meet other leaders within CLTFC, and even have a unique opportunity to give back to the Charlotte community.
