Charlotte FC is committed to giving back to the communities where our fans live, work, and play. Thanks to the generosity of our corporate partners including Lowe’s, Duke Energy, and American Airlines, the Tickets for Kids program provides match tickets to nonprofit organizations, Title I schools, and qualifying community groups across North and South Carolina with the goal of creating matchday experiences for youth who may not otherwise have the opportunity to attend.
All ticket requests must be submitted through the online request form below. Requests submitted by email, phone, or mail cannot be accepted.
Tickets are provided based on availability and request volume. While we make every effort to accommodate as many organizations as possible, we are not able to fulfill every request.
Tickets may not be used for fundraising or resale.
Program Guidelines:
- Must be a nonprofit organization, Title I school, or qualifying community group located in North or South Carolina
- Tickets should primarily benefit youth participants, with a reasonable number reserved for accompanying adults
- Tickets are not provided to PTAs or non-Title I schools directly. For group ticket information, please contact Groups@CharlotteFootballClub.com
- Corporate foundations, employee clubs, and associations are not eligible
- Tickets may not be used for fundraising events. For fundraiser donation requests, click here
- Tickets received through this program may never be resold
- At least 80% of allocated tickets must be used to remain eligible for future requests
- Organizations with repeated unused tickets or attendance below 80% may be removed from the program
- Transportation is not provided. Organizations are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from the match
Communication:
- All request updates, approvals, and questions are handled via Community@charlottefootballclub.com
- Please allow up to 3 weeks for review. Requests are processed on a rolling basis throughout the season
- We ask that you do not follow up about your request unless 3 weeks have passed
Ticket Delivery Method:
- All tickets are electronic only and will not be printed
- Tickets will be added to the primary contact’s Charlotte FC Ticketmaster account at least 48 hours before matchday.
- The primary contact is responsible for managing and transferring tickets to attendees
