Stadium Accessibility

Bank of America Stadium takes pride in providing service to all guests including those requiring accommodations. Bank of America Stadium has been designed to provide easy access for guests with disabilities. Our stadium recognizes the needs of persons with disabilities, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990 and continues to make every effort to comply with both ADA and state accessibility mandates. In addition, Bank of America Stadium strives to further accommodate the individual needs of guests with disabilities.

Closed Captioning

Closed Captioning is available on the 400 level ribbon board in four locations, and is visible from every seat in the stadium. Captioning is provided for all public address announcements.

Concession and Novelty Stands

All concession stands and bars at Bank of America Stadium are accessible to guests with disabilities. Guests may request additional assistance from the nearest team member at any food service locations.

Drop-Off Zone for Fans with Disabilities

Elevators

Elevators are available for guests with physical challenges and their immediate party. Patrons with physical challenges do not need a pass to ride the elevator. Elevators are located at the North, South and Blue Cross NC East Gates.

Emergency Evacuation Procedures

In the event of a stadium evacuation, stadium personnel and police officers will be available to assist all guests with disabilities. Click here for video.

Entering the Stadium

The three stadium entrance gates (North, South and Blue Cross NC East) are equipped for accommodating guests with disabilities. If you have a bag subject to inspection, proceed to the extreme right or extreme left side at the North and Blue Cross NC East gates or to the extreme right side at the South gate as you enter the stadium, and a stadium employee will assist you. If you do not have a bag, proceed to the middle of any gate, and a stadium employee will assist you. Once inside the stadium, staff at the Guest Relations Booths can assist with any questions. Fans needing to bring medical supplies or special food items should complete the form here with the subject ‘Bag Policy & Procedure’ and stadium security will contact you. There are ADA ramps located outside of each gate, as well as signage directing guests to the ramps – if a guest has a bag that does not follow the stadium bag policy and is subject to inspection, they can enter any line at any gate and stadium security will assist. If the guest does not have a bag, they can enter the stadium in any line at any gate. Wheelchair service is available for guests and can be contacted at any Guest Relations booth/ desk on the 100, 300, & 500 levels. Guests with disabilities can access all elevators if their seats are located on the upper levels. If guests are unable to sit in their seats, they can visit any Guest Relations booth/ desk, or the Ticket Office (located behind section 126) to have their seats relocated to ADA seating.

Guest Relations Booths

As a convenience to our guests, Charlotte FC provides Guest Relations Booths. Once inside the stadium, stadium staff at the Guest Relations Booths can assist or help with any questions. Guest Relations representatives provide fans with information about the stadium, public transportation, restaurants and hotels and can answer questions for guests with disabilities. Guest Relations Booths are located at each main entrance gate on the 100 level. Club level desks are located outside of each elevator lobby on the North and South sidelines.

Restroom Facilities

All restrooms at Bank of America Stadium are ADA accessible. All restrooms are accessible to guests with disabilities. Diaper changing tables are available in the family restrooms. A private room is available on each level of the stadium dedicated to nursing mothers. To access one of these rooms, visit the Guest Relations booth across from sections 119, 129, 313, 525, or 543. Sensory Inclusion Program

Bank of America Stadium has partnered with KultureCity to become Sensory Inclusive Certified. Sensory kits are available for check out at all Guest Relations Booths. Guests can also download the free KultureCity App to view what sensory features are available and access a visual preview of what to expect while enjoying a visit to Bank of America Stadium.

Service Animals

Bank of America Stadium welcomes certified, leashed service animals in accordance to the ADA title II and III Law.If you need assistance in advance of an event, complete the form here with the subject ‘Bag Policy & Procedure’ and stadium security will contact you.

Single Match Tickets

A limited number of single-match tickets are available each year. Designated accessible wheelchair seating is located throughout the stadium.

Single-match accessible wheelchair seating is sold on a first come, first served basis. Tickets can be purchased one of three ways: online at ticketmaster.com, Ticketmaster Charge-By-Phone, and Ticket Office at Bank of America Stadium, which is open Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and on Weekend home matches, 4 hours prior to kickoff. Purchase restrictions apply.

Ticket Relocation Assistance

Should a patron need accessible wheelchair seating, accommodations can be made at any Guest Relations Booth, or the ticket office located between the Blue Cross NC East and South gate on match day.

For season tickets holders, arrangements can be made prior to match day through the Ticket Office at 704-593-4100.

Additionally, it is at the discretion of Ticketmaster and availability of accessible wheelchair seating whether or not the request is honored.

Wheelchair Accessible Tickets

Should a patron need accessible wheelchair seating, arrangements can be made through the Ticket Office at Bank of America Stadium. Please read the following information and contact the Ticket Office at Bank of America Stadium at 704-593-4100 prior to match day or as soon as you know you will need assistance. If the tickets have been purchased through Ticketmaster, the individual must request accessible wheelchair seating through the manner in which the tickets are originally purchased. Additionally, it is at the discretion of Ticketmaster and availability of accessible wheelchair seating whether or not the request is honored.

Wheelchair Service

Bank of America Stadium offers a wheelchair service to assist guests to and from their seats. Pre-match, those needing assistance should visit a Guest Relations located just inside each of the main gates. A team of Guest Relations staff will be dispatched to take guests to their seats, and if requested, will pick guests up when they are ready to leave. Should additional assistance be needed, guests may contact any member of the Guest Relations staff to request a wheelchair. Please note that guests may not keep a stadium wheelchair, and staff are not permitted to take wheelchairs off stadium property. If a wheelchair will be needed throughout the event, we encourage our fans to bring their own wheelchair.
